Description
The Tyto alba wines from Companhia das Lezírias present a unique profile, resulting from the singular location of their vineyards surrounded by a forest, south of the Tejo region. “Tyto alba fully expresses the terroir from which it comes and what nature freely offers us.” Vinification of Tyto Alba Sauvignon Blanc: Made only with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, it fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14ºC and aged on lees for 6 months.
