Description
Vinification of Vale Dona Maria Vinha de Martim Branco Wine: Destemmed grapes, slightly crushed in a pneumatic press, with the resulting must decanted into 2,500-liter stainless steel tanks for 24 hours at 10º C and then transferred to new 225-liter French oak barrels, where it fermented for 25 days at controlled temperatures between 10º C and 14º C. Aging in the same barrels for 9 months, with battonage. Varieties: 12 different grape varieties
