Description
Vinification of Vallado 3 Melros Branco Wine: The grapes, mostly from 20-year-old vines, are hand-harvested and vinified using the open vat system. 85% of the wine ferments in stainless steel tanks for about 1 month with temperature controlled between 14º to 16º C. The remaining wine ferments in used 500-liter French oak barrels. Aging: 85% of the wine ages for 6 months in stainless steel tanks and the remaining 15% ages in used French oak barrels, undergoing periodic batonnage.
