    Description

    Vinification of Vinha dos Santos White Wine: the vineyards are planted on traditional terraces and steps. The grapes used in this wine are hand-harvested, destemmed, and go directly to the pneumatic press where the pressing occurs gently. The drained must is cooled for 48 hours of decantation at 12º C. Then it is racked for fermentation, which takes place with controlled temperature.
