Fresh and rich profile, with notes of complexity coming from its age. The blend integrates wines with an average age of 20 years. Vinification of Porto Borges Soalheira 20 Years Tawny: after receiving the grapes, which must arrive at the winery in perfect condition, they are crushed and destemmed. They ferment for 3 to 4 days with the skins, regularly immersed by remontages, for greater extraction of color and aromas. This is followed by the separation of the skins from the must, and wine spirit at 77% v/v is added so that the wine presents 20% and 90 to 120 g/l of reducing sugars from the grape itself. The aging takes place in balseiros and wooden casks.
