This 2018 Late Bottled Vintage (LBV) shares the same origin as the legendary Dow's Vintage Porto Wines, particularly the vineyards of Quinta do Bomfim and Quinta da Senhora da Ribeira, which have been owned by Dow's since the late 19th century. For five generations, the Symington family has cared for these vineyards, creating from them Dow's distinctive profile, characterized by intense and structured wines with flavors of black fruits, spicy tannins, and a typically dry finish. The grapes from both estates were trodden in the modern lagares that equip the cellars of Quinta do Bomfim and Quinta da Senhora da Ribeira.
