Description
VINIFICATION: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, where the grapes macerate and are stirred with their skins at temperatures between 16-18ºC, to produce a white wine with color and structure that can withstand prolonged aging in oak. Fermentation is stopped by the addition of grape spirit, creating the fortified wine. A high-quality wine, made from a single harvest. A Colheita wine matures in oak barrels for periods that can vary, but never less than 7 years. It is then bottled and sold according to market demands.
