Vinification and aging of Porto Quinta da Romaneira 20 Years: The grapes were foot-trodden in lagares to extract the must, followed by maceration during fermentation to obtain an optimal extraction of color, tannins, and aromas. Aged in old oak barrels, with a capacity of 640 liters. The Tawnies spend their entire life in barrels, until the moment of the final blend.
