Description
Porto Quinta da Romaneira LBV 2018 Vinification: The grapes were foot-trodden to extract the must and then left to macerate in the Quinta's stainless steel lagares. This method was chosen to achieve the best extraction of color, aromas, and phenolic compounds. Aging: A 5-year maturation process in oak casks, unlike the 2-year period of a Classic Vintage. This extended maturation period is the reason behind its name, "Late Bottled Vintage." This longer cask aging contributes to a smoother wine and imparts an exceptionally approachable style, ready to be enjoyed as soon as it is bottled.
