    Vinification of Grandes Quintas Superior Red: Manual harvest in 20 Kg boxes, 100% destemming, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature controlled at 24/26ºC for 6 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine aged for 10 months, part in 3rd year barrels and part in used French oak barrels
