Description
Quinta do Pessegueiro Plenitude Red Winemaking: The harvest was carried out in September. The grapes were transported in 22Kg boxes to the winery. They stayed 12 hours in a cold chamber, being gravity-fed to the granite lagares, where complete fermentation took place with indigenous yeasts. The wine aged 18 months in 225L barrels and 600L casks. It was bottled in May 2024.
