The Quinta do Poeira is located in Provesende, along a slope in the Pinhão valley, on the right bank of the river with the same name. Its north exposure is a fundamental aspect for the style of wines we seek to make. Temperatures in the region are always very high in summer, and on a north-facing slope the ripening of the grapes is always slower, better preserving the aromas, flavors, and acidity. Vinification of the Pó de Poeira Red Wine: in stone lagares with foot treading. Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.
