    Vinification of Pontual Touriga Nacional red: Total destemming of the grapes, pre-fermentative maceration for 1 to 2 days. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 25 ºC, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aging for 6 months in American and French oak barrels.
