Vinification of Messias Rosé Porto Wine: gentle crushing and pressing of the grapes. Must fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, when the must reaches the desired level of sweetness, wine spirit (77%) is added so that the alcoholic fermentation stops with the presence of residual sugars. This innovative Porto wine is lighter, reductive, and very fruity.
