Proibido Garrafeira RedThe Proibido wine originates from Old Vines between 40 and 80 years old, coming from Vila Nova de Foz Côa. Small plots facing north or east, between 250m and 500m altitude. Almost all the work is done by hand, without the use of herbicides or pesticides. In 2017, the fullness of aroma and flavor was combined in a wine with great aging potential.Vinification: The grapes were foot-trodden in a small lagar. 7 barrels aged for 7 years.
