Quinta da Alorna Reserva das Pedras Castelão Red Winemaking: From the vineyard planted in 1986 in Charneca, the Castelão grapes were hand-harvested. The intervention during alcoholic fermentation was minimal in order to respect this unique quality. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, it is filtered.
