Description
Description
The harvest is done manually, with manual selection of the grape clusters. The berries are destemmed and gently crushed. Traditional granite fermentation tanks with foot treading were used as fermentation reservoirs. Subsequently, the wine aged in French oak barrels for at least 18 months. All wines are sealed with natural cork. Not being filtered or cold stabilized, these wines may produce sediment with age.
