Description
Description
The grapes that gave rise to this wine come from the highest plots of Quinta da de Vale de Abraão. The choice of these plots aims for the grapes to have a natural acidity, important for producing lighter and fresher wines. Manual harvest in 25 Kg boxes, destemming and crushing in a pneumatic press after the grapes have cooled. Fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature between 12 – 14ºC, for 14 days.
