Description
Vineyards located in Vila Nova de Foz Coa, Douro Superior, on a schistous soil, on the south bank of the Douro river, northeast exposure and warm, dry climate, with Mediterranean/continental influence. Slight pre-fermentative skin maceration, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and lagares with temperature controlled at 28ºC. After malolactic fermentation, a minimum aging of 12 months in tank and wood.
