Description
Quinta do Cardo Superior Red: Made from organic grapes of the Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Alicante Bouschet varieties, handpicked at Quinta do Cardo in plots over 25 years old, planted at altitude. It is a wine full of wild fruit, with a juicy mouthfeel, polished tannins, and an enveloping finish. Vinification: the grapes of the three varieties fermented separately in stainless steel tanks, with gentle remontage. The entire wine then aged in used French oak barrels.
