Quinta Do Cardo Vinha Do Pombal Red 2021

Quinta do Cardo Vinha do Pombal red: Made from organic grapes, handpicked from the oldest parcel of Touriga Nacional at Quinta do Cardo. It is a wine that shows the character of the grape at altitude, evident in the floral notes of violets, fine wild fruit, silky tannins, and a very fresh and elegant finish. Vinification: fermentation is done in a conical tank, at controlled temperature, to enhance the expression of the grape. With the same goal, the wine ages in stainless steel, on fine lees, without any contact with wood.
