Description
Quinta do Pinto Estate Collection Red Winemaking: Careful vegetation management to optimize the aromatic potential of the grape. Manual harvesting in boxes and subsequent selection of the best bunches at the winery entrance. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in a cement tank under controlled temperature for 14 days followed by malolactic fermentation. All grape varieties aged separately for 12 months in French oak barrels before blending.
