    Quinta do Poco do Lobo Reserva RoseVinification: The carefully selected grapes were harvested in the first half of September, gently pressed, and the resulting must fermented in wine-aged oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperature. After the alcoholic fermentation was completed, battonage was carried out for 5 months.
