Description
Vinification of Quinta do Soque Colheita Red Wine: The harvest took place during the month of September with optimal dry and mild weather conditions, the harvested bunches were selected both in the vineyard and in the winery, the wine fermented in stainless steel tanks, with prolonged macerations. Aging: 75% of the batch aged for 6 months in new French oak barrels of second and third year and 25% in stainless steel tanks.
