    Description

    Vinification of Quinta dos Roques Reserva Red: pressing of the grapes with total destemming, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at a temperature of 28-30ºC. Maceration period of 12 days with gentle "reassemblages". Aging: in 225 L French oak barrels for 10 months.
