    Description

    Akashi Ume is a Japanese whisky aged in bourbon barrels and then refined for a few months in Umeshu Shiratama barrels (a Japanese plum liqueur). It comes from the oldest of the Japanese distilleries, the Eigashima distillery, better known as the White Oak brand. Akashi Meisei is a blend of 30% single malt and grain whisky.
