Whisky Akashi White Oak Japanese Blended

Akashi whisky is the only whisky in the world produced by a Toji (master brewer in the art of making sake), implementing sake production methodologies in the whisky making process. The pot still used is smaller than those used by Scottish and other Japanese distilleries, which in turn reduces fusel alcohol levels. As a result, Akashi whisky does not require such a long aging process, while its main malt (barrel strength) is smooth and delicate.
