Freixenet Blanc De Blancs Brut Sparkling Wine

The Freixenet Blanc de Blancs Brut is a cava made with the Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada grape varieties that presents a pale straw yellow color. On the nose, it shows abundant medium-sized bubbles with constant release, forming a slight cord reaching the surface of the glass. Youthful aromas are appreciated, light floral scents, citrus notes in harmony with medium aging aromas. On the palate, it is fresh and dry with the presence of subtle notes from the stage it underwent. Good balance of body, acidity, and sugar.
