    The frozen disgorgement of Espumante São Domingos Extra Reserva Bruto releases the yeasts, and then 6 g/L of dosage liqueur is added to finish the wine. After a period of two months following this entire process, the bottle of sparkling wine is ready to enter the market. The São Domingos Sparkling Wines, produced by the traditional method, the same as practiced in Champagne, have always been characterized by combining tradition with innovation, distinction with elegance, having achieved great success among enthusiasts of this beverage discovered by Benedictine monks in France in 1531.
