    Description

    Vinification of Herdade do Sobroso Cellar Selection Red Wine: The grapes were handpicked and transported to the winery in small 20kg boxes. Vinification in lagares with controlled temperature. Aging: Aged for 12 months in 500-liter barrels of French Allier oak, followed by 6 months in bottle.
