Description
Trincaliar Trial No. 2 Reserve RedProduced from own grapes of the varieties Trincadeira (40%), Alicante Bouchet (20%) and Aragonez (40%) with fermentation developed by indigenous yeasts, it aged for 36 months in used (5 years) French oak barrels, 12 months in stainless steel tanks and 3 months in bottle. This is the second of three trials in which the aging times in barrel, tank and bottle vary, as well as the percentage of the varieties.
