Description
Description
Vinification of the Wine 2 (Two) Quintas Reserva White: The grapes are hand-harvested and transported to the winery in small boxes, separated according to the variety and the plot; the must is obtained by direct pressing after maceration in the cold chamber. The clean must ferments in stainless steel tanks (75%) and in French and Austrian oak barrels (25%) of different capacities, where it ages, after turning into wine, for 9 months on fine lees.
