2 Quintas Red Magnum 2022

Vinification of the Wine 2 (Two) Quintas Red Magnum: the grapes, hand-harvested in 150-kilogram capacity boxes, are crushed and destemmed before fermenting in granite lagares and stainless steel tanks, where we extend the maceration for the necessary time to achieve a wine with the desired body and structure. After malolactic fermentation, 20% of the wine ages in French oak barrels, 30% in large wooden vats, and the remainder stays in stainless steel tanks for 12 months.
