Adega De Borba Cellar Red Wine 2017

Adega de Borba Garrafeira 2017 red wine was made from the oldest vineyards in the region, planted in schist soils, with strict control of grape productivity and monitoring of the maturation evolution in each grape variety and plot, followed by the alcoholic fermentation process in stainless steel tanks, with moderate mechanical treading, ending with maceration for 10 days under temperature control at 24ºC. The wine aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. After light filtration, bottling took place followed by a final aging in the cellar for 30 months in the bottle. 12 months aging in barrel
