Adega Velha 13 Years Double Stage

Vinification of Adega Velha Duplo Estágio 13 Years Brandy: The grapes, selected for their high acidity and low sugar content, are the basis of a light and balanced wine. The wine is then subjected to two slow and careful distillations in a Charentais alembic, brought from the Cognac Region in France. After the distillation process, the Brandy undergoes aging in French oak casks. The final batch, with an average aging of 12 years, is then aged for 12 months in Vale D. Maria Porto Wine casks, ensuring the preservation of the original characteristics of the Brandy.
