Adamvs Bagaceira Brandy

The origin of Adamus Bagaceira Brandy dates back to distant times in the history of Portugal, the current and inadequate image, less noble and discredited of a rustic and historically rich drink had to be restored. After 4 generations producing traditional bagaceira brandies, the time came to also produce a bagaceira that combines the best qualities of a traditional brandy with more modern details, without losing the soul of a pure Lusitanian bagaceira, specifically from Bairrada. The best grape pomace from the vinification of the finest Baga wines of Bairrada was selected, with the entire vinification and maturation process carefully monitored. Several slow and detailed distillations were carried out in copper vessels by direct steam dragging, and the best distillates were selected, both by tasting and analytical laboratory tests.
