Bagaceira Brandy Adega De Borba Very Old

Besides its renown in the production of Alentejo wines, Adega de Borba has a long tradition in the production of brandies, using and selecting the best grape pomace from traditional red grape varieties of the Borba region. The grape pomace selected for this brandy results from the pressing of fermented grapes that produced wines made in stainless steel tanks. The pomace is distilled in copper stills at its own distillery, strictly following precise temperatures and distillation times, ensuring excellent quality and authenticity in the different alcohols that make up the brandy. Aged for 10 years in French 'limousin' oak barrels, it shows excellent characteristics of color, structure, and aromatic refinement. Bright golden color. Intense, complex, fine, and velvety aroma of almond and dried fruit.
