This aguardente results from a careful selection of the best fresh pomaces, in order to obtain a high-quality product. The alcohol extraction process is steam stripping distillation, passing steam through the masses (skins and seeds) of the grape resulting from winemaking. Taking advantage of over 75 years of experience in the production of aguardentes, we select the best batches through organoleptic testing to achieve a harmonious, refined, and rich blend.
