Aguardente Caves Da Cerca Yellow Bagaceira

Bagaceira aguardente produced from the distillation of selected fresh pomace shortly after the grape harvest. The process used for alcohol extraction is stripping distillation, passing steam through the masses (seeds and skins) left over from the wine fermentation process. After distilling several batches, the aguardentes are selected, prepared, and blended to obtain a product with harmony and balance. Aguardente aged in oak barrels for a smoother and more complex flavor. The freshness and complexity of this aguardente make it an excellent choice as a digestif, which can be enjoyed alone or together with a good espresso coffee.
