Ramos Pinto Old Brandy

Vinification of the Ramos Pinto Aguardente Velha: the preparation of the batches, their reductions and aging are continuously monitored, year after year, until their perfect maturation. Portuguese oak casks seasoned with Vinho do Porto are used. Through this process, the aguardente acquires certain types of tannins and phenolic substances that contribute to the bouquet and characteristic flavor of the “Aguardente Velhíssima"
