This brandy results from a careful selection of the best wine brandies obtained by traditional methods and aging in oak wood that summarizes the tradition of more than 75 years of Caves da Cerca in the production and aging of exceptional brandies. The aging is done in a perfect combination of new and used barrels of Iberian, French, and American oak with various types of grain and different types of toast. The aging time allows obtaining a rich, delicate, smooth, and complex product.
