    Vinification of the Aguardente Velhissima Avô Messias: careful selection of grapes grown at Quinta do Valdoeiro. Total destemming and fermentation at controlled temperature. Aging in oak barrels for 12 months. Complex, smooth, and fruity aguardente, where notes of flowers, fruits, and vanilla stand out, both on the nose and on the palate.
