Grape brandy distilled at the Quinta itself by Álvaro Cardoso when young, representing the second generation of Quinta do Piloto. Distilled from the best white Fernão Pires wines and the best red Castelão wines, this wonderful brandy was obtained, resting at the Quinta itself, in the cellar of Treasures for over 50 years. This brandy carries the History of the Quinta and of a family connected to the roots and traditions of Palmela for more than a century.
