Alabastro Reserve Red Wine

Alabastro Reserva Red: Produced from the most emblematic red varieties of the region, Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet, and Trincadeira, harvested during the month of September. Grapes vinified separately in the modern winery of Quinta do Carmo in Estremoz, fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. After slight post-fermentation maceration to preserve fruity aromas, it ages for 9 months in French and American oak barrels. At the time of blending, a wine with a strong Alentejo character but with a Reserva profile is obtained.
