Description
Vinification of the Alabastro Reserva Red Wine 2018: the vinification of the Alabastro Reserva wine is done in the new and modern cellar of Quinta do Carmo in Estremoz. A traditional vinification is used where the grape varieties are vinified separately in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature, with short post-fermentation macerations, to preserve the fruity aromas. Contains sulfites. Aging: Stainless steel tanks. The final blend ages for 9 months in French and American oak barrels.
