Description
Vinification of the Alabastro Red Wine 2021: the vinification of the Alabastro wine is done in the new and modern cellar of Quinta do Carmo in Estremoz. A traditional vinification is used, with short macerations where the grape varieties are vinified separately in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature, to preserve the fruity aromas. At the end of fermentation, the blend is made, thus originating a modern, young, and fresh wine. Aging: Stainless steel tanks.
