Description
Alabastro Tinto: Wine produced with grapes from three of the most emblematic varieties of Alentejo, Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet, and Trincadeira. Vinified separately in the modern winery of Quinta do Carmo in Estremoz, they are fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. After a slight post-fermentation maceration, it undergoes a brief aging in cement tanks before bottling, resulting in a wine with a strong Alentejo character, modern and young.
