Description
Rose SaddleMade from grapes selected in the vast clay-limestone and schist plains of Borba, grapes of the Syrah, Aragonez, and Trincadeira varieties were vinified. Upon arrival at the Winery, the grapes were destemmed and crushed, followed by a 12-hour skin maceration. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks with temperature controlled at 15ºC. After the period during which the wine stabilizes through physical processes in stainless steel tanks, the wine is filtered and subsequently bottledSuitable for a vegan diet.
