Description
Vinification of Altano White Wine: After destemming and gentle crushing of the grapes, a brief skin maceration allows optimizing the extraction of desirable aromatic compounds and precursors. Following clarification, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aging: 3 months in stainless steel tanks, with minimal contact with oxygen, in order to preserve all the aromatic freshness of the wine.
