    Description

    Vinification of the Vinho Verde Pequenos Rebentos Alvarinho: After manual harvesting and transport to the winery in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed and the grapes underwent maceration for 8 hours, preceded by a light pressing and 48 hours of decantation. It fermented at a controlled temperature (14º-15ºC) for 15 days.
